Personal Shopper Service

Personal shoppers are now available to help you choose the perfect plants for your landscape during uninterrupted, individualized, complimentary 30-minute sessions.  Whether you are selecting trees and shrubs, annuals, or perennials, our personal shoppers have the advice you need.  Personal shoppers are available on Thursdays and Fridays from 9 am to 6 pm.  Just call and schedule your 30-minute appointment at 630-293-1040 x 2.  If you don't think 30 minutes is enough time, just schedule two back-to-back 30-minute sessions. We are pleased to offer our personal shopping service at no charge to our customers.

Avid Gardener Program

• The Avid Gardener Program is our "Frequent Buyer" reward program for customers.
• Be sure to give your name at the register at the time of each purchase.
• After each purchase, your receipt will show your previous and current point totals.
• A point is awarded for every dollar spent.
• For every $750.00 in purchases (before tax), you will receive a $25.00 credit for the purchase of merchandise on your next visit.
• After the purchase that reaches 750 points, that receipt will congratulate you on your Avid Gardener credit.  Present this receipt to redeem your $25 credit.
• Spend your Avid Gardener Gift credit like cash when you purchase plants or other merchandise. 
• Avid Gardener credits can not be used to pay for taxes or services (delivery charges, labor charges, Garden Coach charges, etc.).

Custom Containers and 'Slip-Ins'

• Both custom or ready-made containers and 'Slip-Ins' are available for your own containers or those purchased in our Gift Shop.
• For all custom designs there is a charge for labor and materials.
• As always, we use only our finest plant materials in appropriate potting soils.

Custom Plant Orders

• If you are purchasing a large number of plants, you can submit a custom plant order.
• Bring in or fax your order to (630) 293-1588.
• Our qualified staff will pull your plants and have them ready for pick-up.
• Please allow 48 hours for us to get your plants ready.

Gift Certificates

• Gift certificates are available year-round and can be purchased in any amount. Please see a cashier for assistance.
• If using a credit card, you may also order gift certificates over the phone at
  (630) 293-1040 ext. 2.
• During our off-season, gift certificates are available in our office Monday through Friday
  from 10 am to 5 pm.
