Perovskia atriplicifolia 'Filigren'
One of the longest flowering plants. Airy spikes of violet-blue flowers bloom late July into August. Fragrant, lacey, silvery-gray foliage cover semi-woody stems. Grows 24-36" tall and wide. Drought tolerant. Attracts butterflies.
Full sun to light shade in well-drained soil, especially in winter. Cut to 3" above the ground before buds break in the spring.
