Chasmanthium latifolium
Clump forming bamboo-like arching foliage, 30-36" tall and to 2' wide. Seeds appear in July maturing to copper color. Foliage becomes light green with more sun. Effective in masses or with chelone or hostas. A warm season grass.
Part shade in fertile, moist, well drained soil, but very adaptable. Mildly self-seeds.
