Euphorbia epithymoides (sometimes called E. polychroma)
A showy display of yellow bracts that surround green inconspicuous flowers in May to June. Forms bright green mounds that reach 12-18" tall and wide. Foliage turns red in the fall.
Full sun to light shade in average to infertile, well-drained soil. Does well in hot dry areas! Sap may cause skin irritation to some people.
