Hosta takahashii 'Gosan'
Shiny green, lightly rippled, margined, deeply veined leaves. Reaches to 15" tall and 35-40" in width. Purple flowers open atop 30" scapes in August to September.
Part shade in organically rich, moisture retentive but well-drained soil.
