Amelanchier alnifolia 'Standing Ovation'

White flowers in early spring cover the stems of this upright oval plant. Flowers are sometimes followed by edible, blue-black berries in June.  Deep green leaves change to red/orange in autumn.  Grows to 15' with a spread 4'.

Full sun or partial shade in good, well-drained soil. Tolerant of a variety of growing conditions, even slightly dry (once established).
