Amsonia hubrectii
Steel blue flower clusters top the stems of fine thread like foliage in May to June. Grows 2-3' tall with equal spread. Foliage turns golden yellow in the fall. A stunning, rare native species.
Full sun to part shade in moist, fertile soil.
