Amsonia tabernaemontana
Pale blue star-shaped flowers held in clusters atop stiff, arching stems in June to July. Foliage is willow-like, 2-3' tall, forming clumps of equal spread. Foliage turns gold in fall. A long lived perennial.
Full sun to light shade in well drained, moderately fertile soil.
