Amsonia tabernaemontana 'Blue Ice'
Dark blue buds open to periwinkle blue flowers bloom in May to June. Compact, 12-15" tall with dark green foliage that turns bright yellow in the fall.
Full sun to light shade in well drained, moderately fertile soil.
