Boltonia asteroides 'Pink Beauty'

Sprays of pink aster-like flowers bloom in August to early September. Grows 3-4' tall and wide with a loose, airy habit. Plant near sturdy companions or adjacent to a fence. Lovely with Caryopteris or Russian Sage.

Full sun in well-drained soil. Blooms earlier than 'Snowbank'. May need staking, or for a shorter, compact plant, shear to 1/3 before July.
