Brunnera macrophylla
Clouds of azure blue, forget-me-not like flowers late April to June over mounds of foliage 12-15" tall. Leaves up to 8" across. Space 18-24" apart. Great companion to Bleeding Heart and spring bulbs.
Does best in partial shade and moist soil. Adaptable and tolerant of less than perfect conditions. May self-seed.
