Campanula punctata 'Sarastro'
Huge, pendulous, violet-blue, tubular-shaped flowers held on stems reaching to 18" tall blooming in July. Foliage forms mats with underground rhizomes, to 16" wide.
Full sun in fertile, loose, well-drained soil.
