Caulophyllum thalictroides Native woodland wildflower, 12 to 36 inches tall. Blue-green stems give rise to graceful, lacy foliage, unfolding dark purple and turning dark green by summer. Inconspicuous flowers in April and bright blue berries in August. Light to heavy shade in rich, moist soil. Suitable for woodland gardens. Blue Cohosh
