Hibiscus syriacus 'Hawaii'
Large, true-blue flowers with a dark red-purple heart. Flowers from July into September. Upright, growing 5-7' with a spread of 4-6'. Outstanding First Edition shrub that attracts hummingbirds and songbirds.
Full sun to part shade in moist, well-drained soil with plenty of organic matter. Prune late winter to maintain shape. Hardy to -20 degrees.
