Ipomoea batatas 'Blackie'
Vigorous, trailing vine whose 5-lobed leaves darken from deep green to near purple. An interesting ground cover. Creates a beautiful effect cascading over the edge of containers and contrasts well with pink-hued flowers.
Plant in full sun in average, well-drained soil. Edible tubers have a chestnut flavor.
