Itea virginica 'Henry's Garnet'
Shrub with erect clustered branches growing 3' to 4' high. 6" long flowers bloom in June/July and are white with a light fragrance. Brilliant purple-red fall color. Colonizes in wet soils, but is also drought tolerant.
Full sun to partial shade. Prefers acidic soil pH.
