Miscanthus sinensis 'Silver Feather'

Leaves arch over almost touching the ground. Grows 5-6' tall and 4-5' wide. Leaf blades, 1/2" wide, bear a distinct white midrib. Late August large, silvery flowers fan 2-3' above foliage. Beautiful when massed. A warm season grass.

Full sun or very light shade in average, well-drained soil. A very hardy miscanthus and a sturdy winter silhouette.
