Miscanthus sinensis 'Strictus'
Unusual golden and horizontally banded foliage growing 4-5' tall and 3-4 feet wide. Stiff, vertical clumps of medium textured foliage. Coppery flower plumes 1-2' above the foliage in early September. A warm season grass.
Full sun or light shade in average, well-drained soil. A very hardy Miscanthus and a sturdy winter silhouette.
