Platycodon grandiflorus 'Sentimental Blue'

Large purple balloon-like buds open to wide petaled star-shaped flowers in late July. A dwarf variety growing 6-8" tall and clumping to 10" wide. Adds the much desired color of blue to the garden.

Full sun to part shade in average, very well-drained soil. Emerges late spring. To avoid damage, overplant with small earlier blooming bulbs or use plant markers.
