Vinca minor 'Dart's Blue'
Dark green, lustrous, evergreen foliage with deep blue flowers appearing in April to May. Grows 4-6" and spreading from the crown 12-18".
Full sun to part shade in moist, organic soil. Will grow in full shade but will not fill out.
