Potatoes - from eyes - red
Plant when soil is dry and warm in furrows 10-12" apart. Add soil as the plants grow taller, ultimately mounding 4-6" by summer. Mulch may be used to conserve moisture; water uniformly. Harvest after leaves have died back.
Full sun in fertile,loose, well-drained soil.
