Tomato 'Cherokee Purple'
Juicy intense flavor. Pink to purple-brown color producing large, juicy, 8-12 oz. beefsteak type fruit. Believed to have originated more than 120 yrs ago in the Cherokee Nation of Tennessee. Heavy producing, indeterminate type; requires staking.
Grows best in full sun in average, well-drained soil.
