Clethra alnifolia 'Vanilla Spice'
A wonderful shrub for summer flowers. Very fragrant white bottle-brush flowers in July. Individual flowers are 2 times the size of other clethra. Clear yellow fall color. Habit is neat and compact.
Full sun to partial shade in rich, moist soil. Tolerates difficult shade and wet areas.
