Cornus alba 'Neon Burst' 

Chartreuse foliage retains its bright color all summer without scorching and then turns a rainbow of fall colors - orange, yellow, purple and red. Shiny scarlet red stems glow in the winter landscape. Grows 4 to 5' tall and wide.

Full sun to part shade. For best color on stems, prune 1/3 of largest stems down to 6 to 12" each spring before new growth begins.
