Weigela florida 'Wine and Roses'
Intense, hot rosy-pink flowers are set off by the dark burgundy-purple foliage. Blooms May to June. Colors best in full sun. Reaches 4-5' tall. Wine and Roses makes an excellent accent shrub.
Full sun in moist, well-drained soil. Pollution tolerant. Some pruning after flowering may be necessary to keep this shrub looking neat.
