Carex speciosa 'The Beatles'
The perfect name for this low, clumping evergreen sedge only 4" tall and 8-12" wide. Foliage is dark green and forms a curly mound of leaves. Great for softening hard edges or as a cover to early spring bulbs.
Shade to part sun in moist, fertile soil. Drought tolerant once established. Foliage can be cut back to force fresh growth.
